Because Talgentis is a medicine-related product, returns are handled carefully to protect customer safety, product integrity, and regulatory compliance.
Important Medicine Safety Rule
For safety reasons, opened, used, tampered-with, or improperly stored medicine cannot be returned or resold. Please inspect your order immediately when it arrives and contact us before opening the product if something appears wrong.
Returns We May Accept
- You received the wrong item or wrong strength.
- The product arrived damaged, leaking, or visibly tampered with.
- The product was delivered past its expiry date.
- The order was cancelled before dispatch or fulfilment.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Opened or used medicine.
- Products without original packaging, batch number, or seal.
- Products damaged after delivery through misuse, heat, moisture, or improper storage.
- Returns requested because of a change of mind after the product has been accepted and opened.
How to Request a Return
Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include your name, order details, reason for return, and clear photos where relevant.

Refunds and Exchanges
Approved refunds may be processed through the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider. Where appropriate, we may offer replacement, exchange, or store resolution instead of a refund.
Delivery Fees
If the return is due to our error, such as wrong item or damaged delivery, we may cover reasonable return or replacement delivery costs. If a return is not caused by our error, delivery charges may not be refundable.
